As a father of 5 with an amazing wife, a job that I love, several companies, and a very addicting hobby - most of my friends marveled at how I could always operate on 3-5 hours of sleep. My "secret" was that I was living off of energy drinks. While functionally it got the job done, the products in those drinks took a toll on me. Diabetes, obesity, and a near immunity to those very drinks took me to an impasse where my health - both physical and mental - required a reboot.

One of the first steps I needed to take was to find a healthier alternative, and that led me back to my old nemesis: coffee.

See, I live in the beautiful city of Buffalo, New York where we are blessed with not only Dunkin' and Starbucks, and maybe hyper-blessed with Tim Horton's. I mean, you can't go far without seeing one of them. While all three are great, we needed to find a solution to make a great cup of coffee at home, while keeping it healthy and not insanely expensive.

This is how we landed with crafting our own blends of delicious coffee which are amazing on their own (black), or dressed up as you wish. Of course, our signature blend, Full Throttle, not only contains our beautiful beans but is also boosted with Robusta beans for that extra punch of energy - naturally!
